There is still room in here for YOU!  The 6th Grade Band will begin their band experience during the third week of the school year.  Representatives from the Muncie Music Center will be on hand for you to purchase a band book and rent an instrument at an evening meeting at 5PM  But, you may visit them online to get an instrument and still join.

Continuing 7th grade students should also consider acquiring your own instrument if you were in 6th grade band through the use of a SW Instrument Program (SWIP).  SWIP is our low cost alternative for giving everyone who wants it, an opportunity to try the band. Availability of an instrument through this program is only "guaranteed" for the sixth grade year. Find more information by clicking on SWIP
